Customer Requirements

• Your phone must remain on to receive delivery updates.

We WILL NOT Deliver To:
• Public spaces or public buildings
• Church grounds
• School grounds
• Government facilities
• Vehicles (parked or moving)
Delivery Fees & Cancellations
• All delivery fees are non‑refundable.
• Failure to be present at the time of delivery may result in order cancellation at our discretion.
• Repeated failed deliveries may result in account suspension.
Estimated Delivery Time
30 minutes – 1 hour, depending on location, traffic, and order volume.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

6. Risk of Loss
Once a delivery is completed and verified with ID, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. High End NY is not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Improper storage of cannabis products
• Customer misuse or unlawful possession
7. Prohibited Conduct
Customers may not:
• Attempt to purchase cannabis for anyone under 21
• Resell or redistribute cannabis products
• Provide false identification
• Interfere with delivery personnel
